Vishwas has spent his career building lending and banking platforms used by regulated financial institutions. He co-founded Finflux, helping build loan origination and servicing infrastructure used by financial institutions and fintechs across global markets. He later served as Chief Product Officer at Mbanq and Chief Platform Officer at LendAPI, where he led the development of a U.S.-focused loan servicing platform. He has also been an active leader in the Apache Fineract and Mifos Initiative communities, giving LendEasy deep roots in open, bank-grade lending infrastructure.
Our mission
Make every loan interaction provably compliant, affordable to service, and humane
Loan servicing touches people at some of the hardest moments of their financial lives. We believe the software behind those moments should be held to a higher standard — provable in front of a regulator, affordable for the lender, and humane for the borrower. That standard is what LendEasy is built to meet.

The founding story
Founded by builders of lending infrastructure used worldwide
LendEasy's founders have spent their careers inside lending and banking platforms used worldwide — and kept meeting the same wall: the moment work needed to be automated and proven, every platform handed the problem back to people. So they built the layer that was always missing.
Ullas is a distributed systems architect with over 14 years at Amazon Web Services, where he built high-scale data platforms for AWS Commerce and Billing, handling millions of transactions per second and petabyte-scale data. At LendEasy, he leads engineering, building AI agents and the control plane for automated, compliance-native loan servicing.
Principles
What we refuse to compromise on
These are not values for a wall poster. Each one is an architectural decision you can find in the product.
Compliance is engineering, not paperwork
If a rule matters, it should execute — version-pinned, traced to its regulation, checked before the action. A policy that lives only in a binder is a finding waiting to happen.
AI must be governed like an employee
Hiring an AI agent should feel like hiring a person: scoped permissions, supervised onboarding, reviewed work, and accountability for every action. Anything looser is not automation — it is exposure.
Open standards over lock-in
We build on open foundations and clean contracts because infrastructure you cannot leave is infrastructure you cannot trust. Your exit path is part of our architecture.
Evidence over assertions
"Trust us" is not a compliance posture. Every claim the platform makes — about a balance, a rule, an AI decision — is backed by a record you can query, export, and hand to an examiner.
Open infrastructure heritage
We were infrastructure people first
Before LendEasy, our team helped build and operate lending infrastructure used by institutions and fintechs across global markets. That background shapes how we build now: core servicing logic that is inspectable, extensible, and designed for long-term control rather than vendor lock-in.
What that buys our customers
- A lending core your auditors can actually read, hardened by a global community
- Standards and contracts designed for composability — never a proprietary trap
- A team that has supported regulated institutions on this foundation for years, not quarters
Help us build the governed-AI era of lending
We are a small team working on a hard, consequential problem — and we are always glad to meet engineers, compliance minds, and operators who care about it as much as we do. If you service loans every day and want to build with us, we'd love to hear about your portfolio.
Build this with us
We're building LendEasy alongside a small group of lenders — direct access to the founding team, and a roadmap that bends toward your hardest servicing problems.
